Welcome to Zynoster. These Terms of Service ("Agreement" or "Terms") govern your access to and use of the hosting services, VPS systems, dedicated servers, domain names, and related web products provided by Zynoster ("Zynoster", "we", "us", or "our").
By registering an account with Zynoster via our main site (https://zynoster.xyz) or accessing the billing and portal area (https://my.zynoster.xyz), you signify your explicit consent and agreement to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you are instructed to immediately cease all use of our services.
This Agreement constitutes a binding contract between Zynoster and you (the "User", "Client", or "Customer"). You agree that your electronic registration of an account, execution of orders, or actual usage of any of Zynoster's hosting services carries the same legal weight as a physical signature. Zynoster reserves the right to decline service provision to any individual or corporate entity at its discretion.
To register and maintain an active account on our WHMCS Client Area, you must provide accurate, current, and complete contact, payment, and administrative details. You are solely responsible for updating these records.
Our service infrastructure is designed to maintain fair performance allocation across all accounts. To ensure consistent baseline availability, Zynoster enforces a set of usage metrics:
Zynoster operates a zero-tolerance policy against infrastructural exploitation. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our hardware:
Zynoster invoices services in advance according to the billing cycle selected in the client area (https://my.zynoster.xyz).
Zynoster provides a conditional money-back guarantee for newly registered accounts to ensure satisfaction with our system frameworks:
Zynoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately and without prior notice in cases of critical system risk, infrastructure abuse, non-payment, or written non-compliance. Upon account termination, all hosted files, virtual configurations, databases, and emails are permanently destroyed. Zynoster accepts no liability for data loss arising from administrative termination.
While Zynoster runs automated daily backup operations for disaster recovery and local node availability, these backups are provided purely as an operational convenience. You are solely responsible for maintaining local, independent, off-site copies of all hosted files, databases, configurations, and core web assets. Zynoster does not guarantee backup recovery and holds no liability for data loss.
All hosting and cloud systems provided by Zynoster are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Under no circumstances shall Zynoster, its directors, or its technical affiliates be held legally or financially liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, network latency, loss of business revenue, data corruption, or operational system failures.
All technical interfaces, control panel custom scripts, brand assets, system graphics, domain listings, and documentation belonging to Zynoster remain the exclusive property of Zynoster. Clients are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, or redistributing Zynoster property without written administrative authorization.
Zynoster strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime availability index across its core hypervisor allocations and shared hosting frames. Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance windows (notified at least 24 hours in advance via administrative panels), upstream transit carrier failures, or force majeure events.
Zynoster is committed to safeguarding customer data in compliance with international privacy protocols and standard data hygiene regulations. Your personal information, payment history, and operational metadata are processed securely and are never disclosed to third parties unless required by legal subpoenas or recognized government compliance warrants.
Zynoster reserves the right to amend, update, or entirely revise these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via your registered primary email address or through announcements in the WHMCS Client Area dashboard at least 15 days prior to implementation. Continued use of Zynoster services past the effective date signifies your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
