Privacy Guidelines

Learn how Zynoster collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information.

Privacy Commitment

At Zynoster, safeguarding the privacy of our customers, website visitors, and technical administrators is our utmost operational priority. We understand that your web assets, user data, and system logs carry significant sensitivity.

Protecting client information is not merely a legal mandate, but a core architectural principle across all Zynoster networks. This Privacy Guidelines document explicitly details our protocols regarding data collection, processing limits, and security controls across all shared, virtual, and dedicated hosting environments.

1. Information We Collect

To deliver, provision, and secure web hosting architectures, Zynoster collects specific categories of user information through active form entry and passive platform logging:

  • Personal & Contact Details: Full name, primary email address, geographic address, corporate entity, and telephone contact records provided during portal registration (https://my.zynoster.xyz).
  • Billing Metadata: Tokenized payment hashes, geographic tax indicators, invoice tracking histories, and transaction reference numbers. Zynoster does not store raw, unencrypted credit card details on local database pools.
  • Technical Network Logs: IP addresses, browser engine user-agents, hardware device profiles, incoming reference URLs, operating system metadata, and deep network routing logs collected via standard server diagnostics.
  • Usage & Interaction Data: Real-time platform interaction logs, cPanel interface clicks, navigation paths, portal access times, and diagnostic telemetry.

2. How We Use Information

Zynoster uses the collected analytical, billing, and system telemetry data exclusively for legitimate operational reasons:

  • Service Delivery & Provisioning: Setting up new shared container profiles, deploying virtual private servers, allocating IP addresses, and configuring domain registry parameters.
  • Active Administrative Communication: Delivering system announcements, billing statements, password reset authorizations, domain expiration warnings, and critical security patches.
  • Security & Abuse Prevention: Analyzing network traffic spikes, checking file upload hashes against threat databases, isolating malicious exploit behaviors, and blocking DDoS attacks.
  • Product Framework Improvement: Assessing server load metrics to balance container distributions across our physical cloud nodes.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our platform utilizes cookies to manage system state and establish encrypted connection profiles. You can manage or block cookies through your individual browser software, though doing so may prevent access to specific portal features:

  • Session Cookies: Temporary browser identifiers used to keep you logged into the WHMCS client portal (https://my.zynoster.xyz) during your session.
  • Functional Cookies: Persistent files that save your visual settings, such as language selections or custom billing currency.
  • Security Cookies: Advanced tracking tokens (such as CSRF protection tokens) designed to prevent cross-site form hijack exploits.

4. Data Protection & Security

Zynoster implements enterprise-grade physical, virtual, and administrative safeguards to defend your personal information against unauthorized access, theft, or alterative compromise:

  • Data Encryption: All administrative transmissions are secured using TLS 1.3 cryptographic transport tunnels. Offsite backups are fully encrypted using AES-256 standard protocols.
  • Access Controls: Server administrator keys are strictly restricted to engineering staff through role-based access control (RBAC) protocols and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Abuse Prevention: Our virtualization hypervisors run active, kernel-level container isolation protocols to prevent privilege escalation attempts across neighboring instances.

5. Third-Party Services

Zynoster never sells, rents, or licenses your personal details to advertising networks. We only share essential client metadata with trusted third-party providers when absolutely required to complete core service workflows:

  • Payment Gateways: Sharing transaction hashes with payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal) to complete invoice orders.
  • Domain Registrars: Transmitting ICANN-mandated WHOIS administrative details to global registry partners to secure domain ownership records.
  • Licensing Systems: Communicating system identifiers to platform licensing frameworks (such as cPanel, Plesk, or CloudLinux) to activate active product software licenses.

6. Customer Rights

Depending on your physical location and jurisdiction, you are guaranteed robust statutory rights regarding your personal records processed by Zynoster:

  • Access & Export: The right to request a complete JSON or CSV machine-readable copy of your personal data stored within our WHMCS database.
  • Rectification: The right to update inaccurate, incomplete, or expired contact credentials at any time through our portal.
  • Erase Data ("Right to be Forgotten"): The right to request the permanent deletion of your account, provided no active hosting services, outstanding invoices, or open legal disputes are assigned to the profile.

7. Data Retention

Personal contact profiles and tax-related transaction histories are retained in our active secure billing database for up to 7 years to satisfy audit, accounting, and anti-money laundering compliance requirements. Technical server access logs, brute-force security records, and abuse logs are systematically rotated and permanently deleted after 90 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Zynoster’s infrastructure platforms and enterprise cloud services are intended exclusively for business entities and individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or store personal data from minors under the age of 16. If you believe a minor has registered an unauthorized account, please contact us immediately to initiate removal.

9. Policy Updates

Zynoster reserves the right to modify these Privacy Guidelines at any time. The revision timestamp at the bottom of our policies indicates the active operational version of our rules. We recommend that clients review this page occasionally to stay updated on our data protection protocols.

Privacy Safeguard Principle

Zynoster operates under a strict "Security-First, Privacy-Only" framework. While we use advanced automated tools to monitor network abuse and maintain infrastructure stability, your data is processed with extreme care. Password strength and login credential security are a shared responsibility between Zynoster and you.
